Speed, Simplicity, ReliabilityK700X of KERAjet is the machine with printing units XAAR 1001 for those who want excellent printing quality. It is the ideal solution for producing large formats, inasmuch as the production line is not characterised by particularly high speed.

Printing technology
K700X adopts the technology of inkjet printing without contact. This means that the heads emit micro-droplets of ink directly combining the various colors to create what is required and can do so in a single pass.
Printing on glazes
K700X utilises ceramic pigment-based inks that make it possible to print directly on glazes normally used in the production process and that are not influenced by environmental variations, such as humidity and temperature. Unlike traditional systems of decoration,
K700X uses the superposition of the basic inks installed on the machine, so as to generate the entire color range required for the interpretation of the graphics, thus avoiding the creation of numerous specific silkscreen pastes, often the cause of problems in maintaining color tonality.
Graphics management
K700X can be managed in tri-chrome methods (cyan, brown, yellow), four-color or multi-color depending on the number of color modules installed. In addition, the binary modality can be selected by choosing the droplet size ranging from 15 pl to 105 pl, or 4 levels of gray as a function of the intensity of the source file.
The transfer system
K700X can be perfectly integrated into any production cycle. The transfer system has been designed to integrate into any existing production line, having speed regulation and a stop and quick start function included. At the entrance to the printer, a system of automatic centering guides the placement of the tiles to obtain perfect recording, image / tile.
Flexibility and variability
Thanks to the random function of K700X, it is possible to create an almost infinite number of different tiles simultaneously using several different designs. And with printing that covers 100% of the tile, from edge to edge.
The simple software
The exclusive KERAjet software has been appositively designed to facilitate and render the printing system easy for anyone to use. Random function, variable designs and image transfers, excellent color management.
Freedom of configuration
K700X is presented with a basic version of up to 5 color modules with relative supply and recirculation circuits that allow the use of a maximum of 5 different colors. However, K700X allows for the installation of additional color modules to achieve the maximum configuration of six different color modules.
