Cooley-Brite®
Eradicable, flexible sign and awning membrane - 20 ounce
This membrane features a scrim design that is nearly invisible to allow for maximum light diffusion, consistent translucency and brilliant colors in backlit signs and awnings. Treated with anti-wick, ultraviolet stabilizers, fungicides and whiteners for excellent color protection, durability and long life.
Cooley-Brite® Lite The 16 ounce, eradicable substrate, is based on the same proven technology as Cooley-Brite. It is lighter in weight, offering unique flexibility for ease of installation. As with Cooley-Brite, it is translucent, flexible, durable, and features excellent lay-flat characteristics and is engineered for high color brilliance and consistent color transparency.

Cooley Sign & Awning Products

Eradication of Cooley products is an efficient and economical way of producing high quality decorated sign faces. When Cooley Magic® eradication solution is applied to Cooley Brite or Coolthane Colley Brite, it creates bold white graphics on solid color backgrounds. This method of sign decoration lets you produce graphics, striping, logos, lettering and more, that would otherwise been very costly projects requiring expensive equipment or labor. Not only is eradication easy, but it can be combined with other decoration techniques such as pressure sensitive vinyl's, screen printing, spray painting, and heat transfer.
Follow these three easy steps to eradicate:
1. Apply Mask
Place a pre-mask* over the pre-cut Coolmask™ stencil of your graphic design.
Apply this in the desired position on the Cooley Brite eradicable product. Make sure that a good adhesive bond has been formed. Smooth out the mask very carefully, removing all the air bubbles, and peel off the pre-mask (peeling back at 180o). Make sure the mask edges of the design adhere tightly to the Cooley Brite.
2. Wipe off Color
In a well ventilated area, lightly saturate a soft white cloth with Cooley Magic. Carefully wipe the exposed area until all color is removed.
3. Remove Mask
Gently peel the mask off the Cooley Product. You will see a bold white graphic image, with extremely clear definition and contract designed to last for years to come.
