Flexibility, Rapidity, SavingsK700S of KERAjet is the machine with SEIKO GS printing units which, beside excellent print quality, necessitates high-rate discharge to sustain high speeds in the glazing line and/or to produce extremely intense product results.
Transversal print resolution: 360 dpi (fixed)
Longitudinal print resolution: 1,016 dpi at 24 m/min - 469 dpi at 50 m/min.
Printing technology
It adopts the technology of inkjet printing without contact. This means that the heads emit micro-droplets of ink directly combining the various colors to create what is required and can do so in a single pass.
Graphics management
It can be managed in tri-chrome methods (cyan, brown, yellow), four-color or multi-color depending on the number of color modules installed. In addition, the binary modality can be selected by choosing the droplet size ranging from 15 pl to 105 pl, or 4 levels of gray as a function of the intensity of the source file.
The transfer system
It can be perfectly integrated into any production cycle. The transfer system has been designed to integrate into any existing production line, having speed regulation and a stop and quick start function included. At the entrance to the printer, a system of automatic centering guides the placement of the tiles to obtain perfect recording, image / tile.
Flexibility and variability
It is possible to create an almost infinite number of different tiles simultaneously using several different designs. And with printing that covers 100% of the tile, from edge to edge.
Freedom of configuration
It is presented with a basic version of 3 independent color modules with relative supply and recirculation circuits that allow the use of a maximum of 3 different colors. However, K700s allows for the installation of additional color modules to achieve the maximum configuration of six different color modules.

KERAjet Workflow system (distributed exclusively) for managing colors were born from the collaboration with ColorStore, company that deals with the creation of solutions for the specific needs of the ceramic sector.
